Not to be racist, but why do we allow blacks and hispanics to be pushed ahead into a job positon that a white, asian, or indian(dot dot, not feather) is better qualified to do?  how is it not racist to kick a white person out of the running for a job and give it to a black guy who scored 10% less then him on a qualifying exam but since he was the highest scoring minority he got the job.  i bring this up because i want to hear peoples ideas on it.
