CrossFit, we need to talk. This isn't easy. Built out of infatuation and lust - not trust - the writing has been on the wall. I can no longer support your brand. Please don't cry; we've had good memories and great times. Celebrate them. You've popularized catchy names for the front squat to push-press combo and Up/Downs. We've met a lot of great people together, but you've changed. Too big, too flashy... always looking for the next buck. No, I most likely won't be attending your CrossFit Open competition.
