Hello,I was hoping you would remove the 'duck face' video you uploaded recently. The video is located here: http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/80995938. The video (at 1:05) contains my picture, and I did not give permission for it to appear in that video and I do not wish for it to remain uploaded.

No, I think it's fucking awesome! Listen... I made the song too, and theres a lot more where that came from. You or anyone you know got any song ideas? I got fired from my job and I'm fucking broke + I need to pay rent. Then all of a sudden my video blows up! I'm starting a personalized song service and if anyone wants any kind of song, I can make it, overnight, for $70. You have till June 1st to remove DUCKFACE. My name is Michelle Jacome and I did not give permission or consent to be in this video at 1:05. If it is not removed by then I shall have my lawyer send a cease & desist letter & appropriate actions will be taken.

Well when a person has no permission to take pictures like 95% of the females in the video then it becomes a privacy / copyright issue. The other person who contacted you was my bf because I could not make an account for some reason on that day. You did upload the content & you can remove it. Youtube already has dealt with the the "duck face" there. It would be much appreciated if you do the same thing. I have had featured content on this site before, it is possible to remove it. I apologize for if you think I sound threatening but its more an annoyance. I am only giving it a few days to be removed.
To which I made my final statement:
Firstly, I am offended at being called a liar. Secondly if you "have had featured content on this site before" then why did you have to make a new account? I would have gladly considered removing the media based upon your boyfriends initial polite request, but I AM UNABLE ONCE IT'S BEEN FEATURED. Grow a sense of humor and may god have mercy on your boyfriend's soul.
