It seems everyone is writing about the abrupt change in the E-reps and adding E-Bones, so I thought I'd throw in my two cents. 

Here is a suggestion:  Everyone delete content they had previously uploaded, the re-upload it to earn the E-Bones.  Might be a lot of work, but you can earn back some of the points.

Eliminating the E-Reps will cut down a lot on the pointless/useless comments people used to make just to earn three points each.  I don't blame E-Baum for making the change, it keeps the pay-offs for the users who actually upload content, and not the users who only watch and make comments.
