I do most if not all the cooking in my house, my father did also and I figure that is why I do it. Back when my dad cooked it was not so "alright" for a man to cook. I dont know if you like to bake but I do and this is how I have a woman who is much better looking that I deserve. Believe me guys I am out of my league and you can be too if you learn to cook because ask a woman they will tell you that.

So the other day I made a Cinnamon Angel food cake and WOW this thing was great. If any of you have made this cake you know you have 12 or 13 yolks left. There was a time in my life that I was homeless and hungry and I will not waste one crumb of food because of this. So I was thinking about it and I decided to make a Lemon curd which can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Now I have a plan for lemon tarts and Lemon crumb cake. Just an ideal for all if any of you bakers out there. Have any ideals or am I just going to look gay out here.
