so yesterday my mom asked me to drive my brother to his baseball practice. I took him to the sports complex and then turned around to go home. This time, i didn't take the main road back, instead i took a shortcut through some residential areas. Anyway, i guess i wasn't paying attention cause all of a sudden, i noticed that there was a family of geese crossing the road. I swerved not to hit them, looked back and then said "Silly Goose" in my usual talking to myself tone. Then i realized the irony of my statement...

i laughed the whole way home.

My friend had just gotten his license and we were driving around town. We where pulling into his neighborhood and there was a bird standing in the road. He slowed down so as not to hit it...and wound up running over a squirrel with the other tires.
