i have a sore bum hole all the time 3 weeks now. Doesnt hurt to go to toilet and no blood. standing and walking is fine, sitting tender. When i wake in morning it is fine until i have a bowel movement. Some days not so sore others sore all day. feels like a constant ache. Have had haemorroids in the past but since going off wheat havent had any; until now, is this haemorroids or something else. did have lower back ache and bum ache for a few days, felt like bone pain. had a bath last night and it throbbed. Does fissures always hurt when going to toilet as i dont. PLEASE HELP, someone respond. please.
