There seems to be som kind of mentality in this culture that if you're a white male you can't start shit, you can't say anything, you have no backup, because it's so easy to be white that you have no room to talk. I see a lot of sucessful white guys and I can see the inequity in the starting line believe me, but don't lump me in with those white management types. I am not one of those. No matter what race you are, if you are an anacronysm then you will have a hard time. If there is something wrong with your brand of bullshit, you will have a hard time. When it comes to be the outsider, being white is a strike against you. Entry level employment is a wreck to get into if you're white. We are handicapped when it comes to the bottom rung. Every employer just goes 'ah some white guy, he can get a break through his family or something'. I don't have connections, I'm grasping at the bottom rung. You bthink these higher ups would take me because I'm an educated young good looking white man, but I'm too unusual for them. We're all on the same level, if you can't or won't play the bullshit game. It has nothing to do with being any race. So stop saying I have the power because I don't. I'm poor as piss and have never been well employed. I don't get a break because I'm white. On top of it I'm shady looking. The mall security follows me around. the retired gaurd in my apartment acuses me of being a thief all the time. People move away from me on the street. mothers pull thier children away from me. This has nothing to do with race. I am an outsider just like any outsider.
