OK so my neighbor and I are having a prank war,   he put a flaming bag of shit (classy) on my front porch so I wrapped his car and front porch in celaphane.  I came home tonight and my trashcan is in my front room.  I don't want to hurt him so I'm not going to rip his tires off or anything that would cause bodily harm...I've got a few ideas but nothing that's going to make him surrender...give me a hand here and I'll post what I've done and what I'm going to do.
