My day sucks so bad, I can't even end it properly.... can't sleep!

So I'm bored, trying to wind down a bit before I try to go to sleep again.   Here's a riddle I thought up... see if you can figure it out.


You can take as many as you want of me
You can make as many as you want of me
But you can only have one of me

What am I?
