I am taking every action I can to get my password back...my friend buddyplants even let me use his account for the time being so I can get help.

My problem is this, I told the site to reset my password. Well, it reset it alright, but it never sent me the new one. So I am sitting here without a password to my account! Is there anyone out there that knows what the heck I can do? I e-mailed the site and have yet to get a response...I cleared all addresses in my spam folder so I KNOW that is not the problem. This realllllly blows. Is the site having problems maybe? or is it just not sending the new passwords to me for a reason?
