You know who pisses me off other than fatsos trying to convince the world they are victims of the society? Chicks that nag about their butt being out of shape. Seriously? We're living in the 21st century and the scientists build such things as the hadron collider, the Hubble telescope or iPhone, but... there's still people that don't know how to keep their butts in shape? Come on!
I've already mentioned in some of my previous blogs that I prefer taking a walk up the stairs instead of using the elevator. That's one of the things that gives you great butt muscles - it's not only an exercise, but you probably walk the stairs every day, so use that as often as possible. I found an awesome clip on Youtube today that concentrates on great and easy exercises for the butt. I've decided to embed it here. You're welcome.
As you can see, it's very similar to... that's right, getting your ass up. That's the key - you get your lazy ass up as often as possible. You don't have a butt as nice as mine? Let me guess, you don't get your lazy ass up too often, do you? How did I guess? I dunno, maybe I'm a fucking clairvoyant.
