Hey, Kaustic. I just didn't want to type out a huge response so I'm going to address it here. While I totally agree with you with what you wrote, I have to say that I call the woman's bullshit.

He came in to get his order right and she, being a bitch, probably turned around, thought he was funny looking and made a scene to impress her friends. She probably thought that he would shrug it off but when the man got angry, she had to make up some bullshit excuse so she wouldn't get her ass fired. Apparently, it worked.

While it's possible that she COULD have had a phobia of dwarfs, I highly doubt this was the case. The woman should get fired for being a bitch and the man should have recieved an apology.
