Hey I know this is old news, but I just want everyone to know that the lieutenant that gave the orders to taze the man in NYC committed suicide today on his 46th birthday. He was getting harassed from media and others for possibly saving lives. I met him on occasion because he works at a near precinct from my own and we would be together at some scenes. This is not a lie or something stupid that I am writing on eBaums, it is just another case of a hero feeling bad for a choice that he felt was writs to the point of suicide. Michael Pigott is the NYPD officers name; he left a picture of his family (wife and three kids) and a suicide note, and then shot himself in the head.
