Slider15 Puzzle

All my life I've enjoyed solving puzzles, whether it be rubick's cube, weird marble things, or even those little gay paper clips all twisted together and shit. However, one puzzle has always completely stymied me: Yes, the Slider puzzle. You know, that one where theres like a picture broken up into 15 parts, and you gotta slide them around to reform the picture, or they have numbers that you have to get in the right order, whatever.

On my near-fruitless search for something interesting on the internet today, I came across a computer version of such a puzzle. Now, this is probably the first time I had ever actually sat down and tried to solve this God-forsaken puzzle. After about 20 minutes, I had 2 blocks in a row in place (Later I found out theres a trick to get the other two). So a few hours later, after many breaks/re-dos, I had finally managed to get the first two rows completed. However, the bottom two rows were the most ridiculous things I had attempted before I learned how to do it. I spent almost a half hour just trying to get three damn blocks in a row. This picture of Abe Lincoln was starting to look good, but wasn't getting finished fast, the smug bastard. So finally, after half a day, maybe 2 hours spent on this bullshit puzzle, I finally learned all the tricks.

Yea, it was a pretty good day.
