*warning* stupid blog- don't waste your time.
So I recently bought some live clams and I'm sitting here debating what to do with them. What kind of recipe do I want to make. I've consider clam chowder (which sounds REALLY good) but I think I'm just going to steam them and add some garlic and butter and see how it turns out.
(If anyone knows any good clam recipes, let me know)
Has anyone ever cooked live lobster? I feel kinda bad for killing these clams even though I won't feel bad when I'm eating them- yum! But I heard lobsters scream when they die. Is that right?
Anyone have any great recipes for salmon also? I was going to put it in a pasta dish because italian is my favorite to make.
