Okay, so today is my 16th birthday and I was spreading the word around school. In my History class, there's this really pretty girl that I've had a crush on since the 6th grade. I told her it was my birthday. Then she said "Oh my gosh!!! Like, happy birthday!" (She's kinda preppy). So she makes me a birthday card (Just paper and pencil saying Happy Birthday) and I'm kind of shocked, because we never really talked. Then she asks me what my ideal 16th birthday present would be...most people would say they wanted a car, but I built up the courage to say "The best birthday gift I could ask for, is for me to lose my virginity." I really don't know how I actually built up the courage to talk about sex in front of another girl, let alone my middle school crush (I'm thinking it was the confidence that I had from getting my permit and driving to school) . I was expecting an awkward silence, or for her to say "Ew, get a life you perv!" But she actually asked me to come by her place after school. I shit so many bricks when I heard her say that... When school ended, I told my mom I had to stop by her house to do a History project, and that it could take a while. My mom told me to be done by 6, it was 3 when she dropped me off. I went inside, and my crush answered the door. I was a nervous wreck at this point. We walked inside and I asked where her parents were, she said that they'd gone to Chicago for the Labor Day Weekend. My crush and I were alone in the house together. We went up to her room and proceeded to talk about how my birthday is going and stuff like that. Then she just flat out said that she had always had a crush on me and that she was waiting for me to hint at a relationship to her. I revealed my secret that I had secretly liked her all these years, too. We started kissing, then touching, then eventually taking each others clothes off...(I don't think I need to go into any more details about this.) Let's just say those were the best 5 minutes of my life. Now we're boyfriend and girlfriend, and I'm loving every minute of it. This is by far, the best birthday gift that anyone has ever given me.
