There's so much bullshit with alliances and drama in this blog section, it's starting to look like the show Survivor. 

There's so much back and forth discussion about who's better, who belongs here, who's the troll, and even who's who.   Let's put this to rest once and for all.

A simple vote should clear the air, and show what the majority of the people here really believe, and appreciate.  Once the tribe has spoken, everyone will know who "wins".


If you believe that Neko is a positive asset to this blog section, vote Yes
If you don't believe that Neko is a positive asset to this blog section vote No.

(Positive asset meaning, that you believe that Neko's presence is beneficial in some way... either you enjoy reading her blogs, thinks she's smart, good looking, whatever your reason may be... you can add that to your vote if you'd like).

Everyone's votes will count.  I know that certain people may feel the need to use alts.  If that's the case, I obviously can't stop you.   Each account gets one vote.  What you say first, is the vote that will be used.   All participating accounts must be older than 1 day (made before August 9th 2011) in order to prevent people from making new accounts just to sway the results. 

Thumbs mean nothing.  Even if a vote is -25 or more in thumbs, it still counts.

The point of this is not to change Neko's behavior.   It's not even to insult her.. him... it...whatever.   The sole purpose of this vote is to gather an organized, and fair consensus, so everyone will know where everyone stands.

I know that Neko is going to feed off of this attention, and call me an obsessed person.   Or she'll accuse me of trying to fix the results, or discredit this entire vote if it doesn't go her way.  That's Neko's problem... she's going to think she's the best no matter how many people say bad things about her.  This is for everyone else. 


Let me clear things up... this survey changes nothing.  All it was ever intended to be was a clear, fair, and organized gathering of opinions that people can see, and take from it what they like.    I wanted to see if more people liked, or disliked Neko. My reasons for wanting to conduct this survey are irrelevant though.  They're not going to change your opinion of Neko in anyway... at least I hope not. 

I have nothing to gain from this.  I know that Neko will use the results of this survey as bragging rights, no matter the results.   I however don't give a shit how many people like or dislike her... my opinions of her will stay the same as long as her behavior does.  I'm not going to hate on anyone for liking Neko... that's not what I'm trying to do here.

 On August 13, when I tally the votes, I'll separate them into two categories:

Results from 1) people who have blogged before, and 2) people who haven't submitted a blog before.  Doesn't matter what side your on or if you're a confirmed alt, if you submitted a blog here before, you're in the first category.  If you haven't submitted a blog here before, you're in the second category.  This way everyone can see what the majority of participating bloggers think, and compare them to the non-blogger opinions... see if there are any differences, whatever.
