I just saw a commercial on television that epitomized all of the fearmongering tactics being used to undermine the President today.  You fringey guys are going to gobble this up.  http://www.uscitizensassociation.com/ 

They flat out state that it's the President's mission to make the USA a socialist country. 

They flat out state that we'll be paying for 20 million illegal's health care.  This is despite explicit language in the bill that is to the contrary and the fact that we're already paying for their health care in the emergency room.

They imply that the left wing has greater financial resources and organization techniques than the right does.  When I think of big money, I think of big oil, drug companies, insurance companies, and government contractors like McDonald Douglas, Boeing, and Halliburton.  None of these guys lean to the left in ANY way.

Every time the word "liberal" is used it is immediately followed by the word "socialist" and every time the word "conservative" is used it is immediately followed by the word "capitalist." 

Check out the Daniel Hannan clip on the webpage.  If you don't know, Daniel is on of the most extremely righty guys in parliment.  He's been talking about "the last days of democracy" in Europe for years.  He's made comparisons to Gorden Brown and parliment in England to the 1933 Hitler seizure of power several times.  This is a huge loss in credibility of sanity to me and most reasonable people.

I'm all for the first amendment, but people are going to take this shit seriously.  It's bordering on shouting "fire!" in a movie theater.

I'm looking forward to critiquing the edumacation speech tomorrow and the health care one on Wednesday.
