Okay, I feel like an idiot, but I didn't realize that the other link I gave for my PDF  version of Crook Takes Pawn required a deviant art account. It was because I put a mature rating on it, which prevents the public from seeing it.
D'oh!!!
I've removed the mature rating, so anyone who now clicks on my link will be able to download it, no problem. Once again, there's no ads, no money required, nothing. I'm sorry to do a repost with this, but I really would like fans of my amateur novel to be able to read the whole thing.
