So I'm sure you guys have noticed the ad on the side every once and a while for the Tough Mudder.  It's basically an extreme (I hate to use that word) Trail Run.  I did one in Big Bear.  It was about 12 miles up and around a mountain with a crazy obstacle ever mile or so.  Lots of freezing water and walls to climb over.  It was one of the best things I ever did in my life though.  Sooo much fun and a really good challenge for those who think running is boring like a marathon. And at the end they give you a beer and it tastes amazing!! Im about to run one this sunday in the Lake Tahoe area (my home turf) I made this video while I was stuck at the airport in Germany for 14 hours cause I was bored.  I am the dude with the shaved head (#13) and a tail with feathers in it.  I know that sounds white trash... but Im' native so I was representing!!! I was the guy with the stick too. Also.... I am not a fan of P.O.D.  I chose the song because we are going to Northern CA and we are coming from Southern CA.... you get it right??  Also... not trying to brag (well, maybe just a little) but I did it with a cracked rib...... it was painful.
