Since we are talking great jobs, one of my friends had the hands down worst job ever. He's sort of a big guy so he decide to try to get a nursing job. It didn't work out how he planned, he got stuck working in a mental institution. He was like the big guys in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest who would hold people down while they were getting medication and making sure the tards didn't break the doctors in half. He's been bitten, spit on, stabbed, you name it. Even tho he's a big guy he's extremely nice and just felt bad for them because they had real problems that they couldn't help and were there because their family couldn't handle them. He told me about this particular woman who was around 50 years old and had smoked most of her life and had a tracheotomy. She was severely schizophrenic. She was one of the few patients who were allowed out on a patio area to smoke (even tho she had a tracheotomy)(and no she didn't smoke out of it). One of the main reasons she was a pain was because anytime she wanted to go onto the patio one of the male nurses had to supervise her. Being schizophrenic and all she didn't take too well being blown off by the male nurses and not letting her smoke. She couldn't really speak, nothing came out but she could make noises. So whenever she was being ignored she would lure, especially newer male nurses, close to make seem like she needed something. When they get close enough she would stick 3 fingers in her tracheotomy and blow as hard as possible. They would think she's freaking out and get closer and she would pull her fingers out and blow all of the built up lung butter and tar out her tracheotomy at or onto the nurses!

This warrants the worst job ever.
