Yeah, so I know this is kind of pointless, but whatever.  

So, today my husband had a "morning meeting" with the rest of his crew.  Usually, this takes place at the METOC building, and is just Marines, but today it wasn't.  It took place at a farm.  Afterwards, we got to pick blueberries.  Lots of blueberries.  20 lbs of blueberries.  And his CWO was going to pay for the first four pounds per person picking, but most people only picked about a pound (lazy fuckers), so he said that he'd pay for our entire mess of blueberries. :D  We now have a 3.5 gallon bucket of blueberries sitting in our kitchen, drying out.  I'm going to make muffins, pies, breads, buckle, crumble, syrup and a few other things with about half of what's there, then I'm going to freeze the rest.
