despite peoples recomendations, i bought a ps3 today for the price of £340 (about $680) including call of duty 4 and metal gear solid 4. and it is amazing. basically power-walked home with it from Game (a shop in the uk) and set it up. thought i'd try out COD4 after setting up an online account. needless to say as it was my first time on it and i hadnt even played a single mission yet; i got mutilated. but i still found myself glued to my chair.

most people i know who have played both x-box 360 and ps3 say that the x-box is better. but i gotta disagree. thoughts?

also i plan to get gta 4 ASAP, anyone know how good it is?
