So I'm a work (I'm a telephone man) and I'm working in front of my old high school (class of 03) It just so happens that I'm there when school is letting out and all the kids are driving off. I notice that the cars sure are alot nicer now then they used to be when I was there. I mean alot nicer. Then I see some little faggot piled up with his friends in a brand new hummer. quickly followed by another silver spoon in a 2008 chevy extended cab silverado with a custom paint job, a tremendous lift kit, roll cage, and tracking lights. Ok......I'm normally not a jealous person, but, this was not sitting well with me. I've never owned a vehicle as nice as either of these and I work my ass off. I'll take it beyond just jealousy, however; is it a responsible decision on the parents behalf to give their 16 year old child a 30,000 vehicle. I can't speak for anyone else, but, I know that when I was 16, I didn't exactly make the best driving decisions (3 wrecks and 2 cars later). Even if I won the lottery, out of good principle, I would not give my kid a shiny new lexus when he or she is still learning how to drive........
