Now that christmas is over I'm trying to prepare myself for the fun times ahead on New Years.  I've been stocking up on alcohol to make drinks for the guests, but I'm mainly a beer person so I need help.  I'm familiar with basic drinks to make just with vodka and jucie or whatever, but I want something with a little more bang to it.  I'm wondering if anyone could tell me some drinks that I could make for people that are good as well as potent so that people will have a fun time.  I know it may seem cheesy asking for help on here or asking for recipies that will get people feeling pretty good, but I want to make the best atomsphere for everyone.  So I ask, can anyone tell me some drinks that they like and either the name or possibly the ingredients to make it so that I can run out and get whatever is necessary to make it.  Anything will be appreciated.  Thank you and have a Happy New Year.
