In case you weren't aware, this is a sad day. Especially in New York. Especially........here. The Binghamton Massacre occured literally HALF AN HOUR FROM WHERE I LIVE. An armed gunman , 42 years of age and a Vietnamese immigrant, stole a car from neighboring Johnson City and baracading the back door of an American Civic Association building. He then went around to the front entrance and opened fire randomly, killing 13 and seriously injuring several others before taking his own life. Many of the victims were taking their citizenship tests. 37 hostages got out alive. The gunman was recently fired from IBM in Johnson City. Perhaps this triggered the need to kill so many innocent people? It is ssoo unfortunate and my heart goes out to the victims and their families, as well as the people of the area, as it will take a very very long time to get over this tragedy. So yea. Just thought I'd share. What is YOUR take on this random act of violence?
