It all started early on Thursday, picking the old lady up from the airport and home by 8 am. Bags unpacked and time to kill before my Dr. appointment (the older I get the more of these I seem to have) so we hit the old bedroom and I dont like to brag but DAMN, I am something. We got into that bed at about 9 am and we didn't finish until at least a 9:15. OK I didn't say I lasted a long time I just said I was great in bed and as a matter of fact to this day I have never fell out of the bed and that is pretty damn good if you ask me.

After the drive to the Dr. which is about 50 miles away from me it was 1 pm and they took me right back. My doctor and her shadow the physician asst come in the room with this model of my spine and this huge ass needle. The questions start, when did this happen, you are missing two disc? Why in the form we gave you did you put a 5 for pain  intensity? I answer each of these questions and then talk about some procedure this month but she said Mr. Keeton I am going to give you this pain shot but first, did you bring a driver? Yes you told me to, so I sign this piece of paper that says I have a driver and NOW I am wondering what the hell this is when she said bend over and give me your hip........I am not exaggerating here people I got this shot and paid my bill and made it to the car and the last thing I remember is getting on the interstate and now its 10 pm on Friday and I got up about an hour ago. YES I have been to the MOUNTAIN and it feels like floating on air.
