I am still having a hard time figuring out why marijuana isn't legal. Tobacco is WAY worse for you than marijuana, why should that be legal?

Marijuana is not as hardcore as it is made out to be in health class at school. If weed was legal, I would support limits on how much you could have and a legal age to buy it. I think the country would not be in such a mess if mary jane was legal. The government could make billions of dollars in tax revenue in less than a year.

I think the legalization of marijuana could work with some specific restricions on age, amount in a persons possesion, no DUI, etc.
