I already know I'm going to be branded a racist but I live in Seattle and the big news story here is the cop that punched a chick who assaulted him while he was stopping her for jaywalking. The big deal? He is white and she is black and now the SUL (Seattle Urban League) the "Black Community" the NAACP, and probably the NBA and NCAA crying racism.

I posted it Minday night 'cuz I KNEW the story was going to go national. EBW will probably feature someone else's version after the story is more stale than those Nilla Wafers that are always in Grandma's cupboard and she tries to give them to you and calls them "Cookies."

Here's some background that the national news isn't reporting. The cop's job is to enforce use of a pedestrian overpass by a school. The community demanded the overpass because of light rail in the area. The school doesn't want to be sued when some kid gets turned int pulled pork. Let me just say of the area, it's on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd... get the picture?

The girl he is trying to arrest was on probation for jacking an SUV and has been charged with past crimes but a no-snitch policy in the hood meant no one would testify. Also, the longer version of the vid shows what seems to be a gun in the hand of someone in the crowd. She's no angel and the situation could have been ugly had he not acted fast.

So I ask: What the FUCK is wrong with black people? Why is there such disregard for authority? A simple "Yes Sir" would have gotten them a warning. Fight the po-lease and you will get punched. Instead, the black community is calling for the firing of the cop.

I remember the video of a white kid filming his white friend run up to a cop flip him off abruptly. The white kid got a beat down with a baton. GOOD. It's not about race, it's about stupid fucking behavior. Like Chris Rock says, "Obey the law and shut the fuck up and you won't get your ass whooped."
