Junk Food Diet It EXISTS!

So, some teacher decided that he could would cut down his daily caloric intake (by about 800 calories) and decided that what he WOULD eat mostly came from vending machines (with the exception of a multivitamin and a protein shake). He lost 27 pounds!

DON'T WORRY EVERYONE, CALM DOWN. He's taking his shit very seriously. You can read all about his BMI and cholesterol levels and all that JAZZ on his Facebook Page. Here's another article from NY Daily News for further reading.

Now the question is--should I give this a shot? I'm currently 235 and could probably afford to loose some POUNDAGE. And what better way to do it that eating TWINKIES?
