Judging by the title, you prolly think it's a porn movie. It's not. Thai horror movies are known to be some of worlds weirdest and most twisted. This one didn't disappoint me.

The story goes like this. There's a gay guy in love with a transplantologist. He loves the doctor so much, he asks him to marry. But the doc doesn't want to marry a guy. More than that, he's a playa and a world class surgeon. The poor homo decides to go through a sex change operation and starts to work as the doctor's nurse.

The thing is the clinic doesn't get all the money legally. They sell body parts to bad people. The nurses there are all narcissistic nymphos and the doctor's a pervert. It doesn't seem to bother the ladyboy until he recommends his sister for a nurse vacate. Soon the sis becomes pregnant with the transplantology expert and they plan a wedding. The transsexual gets angry and threatens them to tell about the black market stuff. They kill him.

It all goes well until the tranny's ghost appears and gets vengeance.

The movie has no actual plot. It's mainly action. The parts that reveal the background are short and entangled into the movie, coming as flashbacks. There's a lot of retrospection and different character perspective tricks. The gory part - and there's a lot of those- looks very nicely made and the torture scenes are very disturbing. I don't know about the acting - they all sound stupid.

As for the ending. Yeah, it's very surprising and leaves much to think about. It's not one of those copycat movies that suck. This film is a masterpiece.
