It seems that too many woman haven't been taking care of their vaginas lately.  They've become dirty, stinky, and disease ridden.  This has led to numerous nights of ruined sexual pleasure as the men they picked up in bars vomited inside them from the smell as they tried to perform cunnilingus.  Remember ladies... love your vagina.
