Who?  Who is to be blamed for the tragedy?  As the 10 year anniversary approaches, the American people and all of humanity has still not been given a palatable explanation for who was truly responsible for the events of that day, or all the days since.  Who is to be blamed for one of the most heinous crimes perpetrated on the people fo this world, especially the American people.  Your thoughts please!
