In this first blog I wanted to say hello, introduce myself, and wish everyone happy holidays.

I live in Charleston, SC where until recently the economy was really bad, especially the housing market. I helped a friend get through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and in the process learned some terms we needed to know and thought I would share them.
