What the hell is this new layout? Some kind of joke?!?

I know people always complain when there is a new layout on Ebaums. But I mean cmon! What the hell is this?!? Im seriously. Did ebaums decide, "Hey lets fuck with people and change the layout today!" Idk maybe its not that bad, but on my computer it doesnt look good. What do you think?
