A fellow eBaumer, Talos is concerned about a friend who needs pot to survive epileptic seizures. This is a common story for many people who treat their ailments with pot. There is even a local child who uses the oil derived from pot to keep her alive. I forget the exact details, but even though medical marijuana is legal here, her parents are having a hard time receiving it. This is such a ridiculous problem in a country so rich as ours and supposedly enlightened that an obvious and proven treatment of a frigging easily grown weed would cause sick people so much grief. What kind of people would deny people who have seen first hand what medical marijuana can do for them? Total stupid idiots as far as I'm concerned.

Now here's the other problem that is entering the main street media here in Canada. Justin Trudeau, leader of the loyal Liberal opposition, the second coming and unfortunately the likely next prime minister of Canada has stuck his nose, ass and shinny pointy shoes into the debate. He wants to legalize marijuana so that he can garner the younger vote. I understand that and I too think making pot criminal is absolute dumbassery. However, his timing really sucks as he is using this debate for his own ambitions and causing an immediate divide that not only puts up the backs of conservatives, but places the discussion in a complete partisan no man's land.
Unless you can do this Trudeau, please shut the fuck up!
