Hi mclewis_13.  We typically send the swag packs out within 1-2 weeks after the end of the month in which the prize was redeemed.  I'll try to have it out to you early next week. 

How long do the gift cards take? I am about ready to buy one.

As far as the gift cards go, unfortunately we are behind on those.  We just now started catching up!.the next gift cards weâll be sending out are for those redeemed in March.  We will definitely honor and pay out all gift cards redeemed but just keep in mind that it's September and we're just about to get to March gift cards.

Ok sounds good. Shame about the gift cards, are there internal issues or is it just getting them en masse?

Yeah, it's a combination of the two things going on internally, and the time it takes to process everything that's preventing me from getting them out as fast as I'd like to.  My former position here at ebaums allowed me to shift most of my focus on the ebones and I was able to respond to users almost immediately.  That's not the case anymore.  I'm caught up with some of my work and that's why I've been able to reach out to you and other users lately about prize status, general questions, etc.  But try not to take it personal if I can't get to you right away.  With that said, the eBones prize program is very near and dear to my heart and my goal is to get us back on track in regards to having the gift cards sent out more frequently until we're all caught up.

 

Feel free to blog away about this interaction too.  Like I said, I try to reply to the emails I get but it sometimes takes a while for me to get back to people.  At least this way users can know the status without having to email me.  Thanks for being a dedicated user mclewis_13!!
