Should i be woried?

After my uh "interesting" adventure with the tranny i have experienced lightheadedness, nautiousness, my ballssack has been gettin smelly and a white substance has appeared on my gooch.  Bumps are on the head of my penis and i am kind of worried cause it also hurts when i pee.  Should i be worried?
