I finally got the little parasite out of my belly! :)

For those of you who care:

Zackery William was born August 21st @ 11:25pm, weighing 8lbs. 3oz., and measuring 21in. long. I went in there expecting to have a regular delivery, but something went wrong and after many hours I was still only 5 inches dilated soooo I got to have a super fun Cesarean!! But, I did get to try all sorts of fun drugs, including Nubain... HOLY CRAP... I felt stoned minus the cottonmouth. I kept thinking I was talking to my boyfriend Rob only to discover I was half asleep and talking in my head. Crazy stuff.

Anyway, I'm typing this with one hand because I just can't put him down! He loves to sleep in the daytime, making my nights very restless. It's all worth it though. I'm happy. Exhausted and achy, but happy. I don't know what I'd do without my mom and boyfriend around to help. Two nights in a row Rob stayed up into the wee hours of the morning (5:30am and 4am, respectively) trying to get him to sleep so that I could have a few extra hours.
