So I haven't been able to get online for a couple days because we had some major wind come through Ohio Sunday night. We had gusts up to 80mph. Electricity went off for the whole city. I think school's been out for 3 days (at least my siblings have). Because of the wind, trees werre cracked or torn up or broken- falling on people's houses and cars...making a mess EVERYWHERE. I still think 100,000 people are without power in the towns east of columbus but I have mine (finally).

I never really consider how fortunate I was to have electricity. I got LULLABY and HAUNTED by Chuck P from the library and I wanted to read them but reading by candlelight sucks ass. Plus, I was really worried that some dumb fucks downstairs might set the place on fire. But hey, at least then I'd be able to see.

Luckily Olive Garden still kept it's power so Sunday night people told me that it was a madhouse. Monday was even worse and yesterday...well, I'm used to making about 50ish (as an average) for lunch depending on the day but I made 100 in 3 hours. That's how busy I was. But I'm not complaining.

I work again today at the same time and I hope it's as busy as yesterday. The only bad thing through it all is a lot of people had to throw out all the stuff in their fridge because it all went bad. I had to take all my stuff over to my father's house but all the fridge stuff ended up spoiling anyway. So the 100 goes to groceries. :(

And since I'm here, a couple more things:

1. The group "Anti-spammers" needs to stop spamming my mailbox with all the group PMs.

2. Who is bug and what happened?

3. Why is no one posting a story for the story contest? I've only seen one story.
