Now this is something that has always made me wonder "How"?  Now for years I have noticed that when I stretch and Yawn all at the same time I go temporarly deaf!!  I was talking about it with my co-worker and he to has mentioned that it happens to him!  Now I don't know how to explain it but maybe some of you might know??  Does this happen to anyone else??  There has been many occations where someone is talking to me and I start to stretch and yawn at the same time and I have to ask them to repeat it cause I went deaf...they look at me funny lol.  How about any of you??
