Recently, Boston's sports teams all have had great seasons from the Red Sox and Pats to the Celtics. 2007 was probably the best year for Boston with the Celtics winning the NBA Finals against the LA Lakers (2007-2008 season), the Red Sox beating the Colorado Rockies to win the World Series, and the Pats, with a 17-0 record going into the Super Bowl, played the New York Giants. The exception here is the Boston Bruins who didn't have a good season. Before, most of Boston's teams were terrible with the Celtics losing 50 to 60 games each season and the Red Sox only winning one World Series title in the past 85-90 years. I don't know how all of Boston's sports teams got amazing so fast. The city's teams just had a complete turnaround in one year.
