You Don't Say

That's right you don't say the anatomically medical correct term, "Vagina"    in the Michigan State house. It will get you banned, especially if you are arguing against the house.  So an elected official, named Lisa Brown used the "Disgusting" term and got banned from speaking in the House because she fought for women's rights and religious rights with regards to abortion.

Of course, no banning on free speech is complete without ignoring another representative from  making a point, that does reveal a hypocrisy evident on both sides of the argument,  on the house floor before it is passed. Yea, that's right  bitch, were ignoring you. Lalalalala . Since the legislature won't hear her out I'll put it here as I find it quite brilliant and funny.

"Byrum, D-Onondaga, caused a disturbance on the House floor Wednesday when she wasn't allowed to introduce an amendment to the abortion regulations bill banning men from getting a vasectomy unless the sterilization procedure was necessary to save a man's life," the Detroit News reports.

Personally, I am not for abortion, but  trying to shut up elected officials in this way doesn't progress the debate or help solve an important issue.
