Boy found guilty after 6 months

A 12 years old boy killed his mother during an argument over his chores. The boy found guilty of premeditated murder. Conlogue ruled that prosecutors had proved the boy acted intentionally and with premeditation when he shot Sara Madrid, 34, eight times.
