Thousands Flee as Greek Fires Rage

The wildfires, which began late Friday in Grammatikos, 25 miles northeast of Athens, burned for a third day, spreading across a group of 14 towns tucked along the northeast fringes of Athens, the capital, and feeding on vast swaths of pine trees and olive groves.
