Teeth Implants Plan Government Employee in California Looking

I'm looking for a dental plan that would cover dental implants. Currently, I have Delta government dental coverage. It is a basic plan, the lifetime max is 2000 for dental implants. However cost of my teeth implants will be 4000 each and I need two. I wanted a supplemental dental plan if possible to help me pay for my implants.
