Worlds largest telescope

The Gran Telescopio CANARIAS GTC, is a telescope with a size of 10.4m in diameter has a largest segmented primary mirror. It is located in one of the top astronomical sites in the Northern Hemisphere, on a volcanic peak 2.400m above sea level: ORM, La Palma, Canary Islands.
