Lawsuit over home explosion

At 5 a.m. Dec. 10, 2005, an explosion at 714 Fox St. in Horseheads destroyed the home of Ken and Christina Peterson, injuring them, along with their two sons, 8-year-old Tyler and 12-year-old Andrew, and Ken and Christina's nephew, Zachary Peterson, 12, of Horseheads.
