These morons had 8 cop cars, a swat team and a helicopter flying overhead. Only 1 skinny person was in custody when I took this picture. This has not been edited in ANY way except reduced to 75 of the resolution of my digital camera. I saw this coming home from work and got my camera. Duval County law enforcement is the worst in the country, so says many people. And now you know why.
